Aden Glassman Beavers

Our Co-Founder’s passion for community impact was shaped in her hometown of Washington, D.C., where she was born and raised. She graduated from The American University and began her professional journey with a year-long internship in the community relations department of the Washington Commanders.

Her career path took her to Los Angeles, where she worked in the entertainment industry before returning to Washington, D.C. to join Discovery Communications. There, she expanded her skills in outreach and advocacy on a national scale, deepening her commitment to mission-driven work.  In 2015, she moved to Hampton Roads and made Virginia Beach her home. Dedicated to giving back, she actively volunteers with local organizations including Hope For Life Animal Rescue, Tidewater Arts Outreach, and Habitat for Humanity. She also serves as a Virginia Beach Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Virginia Stage Company, continuing to champion causes that support her community.
